The rooms in the collective are 12sqm and have a private bathroom. Each dormitory is fully furnished with bed, desk with chair, closet, ample storage space and internet access. The collective consists of 6-7 rooms that share a fully furnished kitchen and living room. The rooms may vary slightly in size and the rooms are located from high 1 to 4 floors in the property.

- Tiled bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, mirror and cupboard
- Bed with storage and main mattress
- Desk with chair
- Cabinets for storing clothes and inventory
- Shelf above bed with light
- Private sports storage and indoor bike parking are included

- Fully furnished kitchen and living room. The area is furnished with sofa, lounge table, TV, dining table and chairs.
- The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. This includes a stove, hob, fridge/freezer, sink and dishwasher. In addition, everything from saucers, glasses, cups and tubs is in place. With us, two residents each share their own refrigerator and freezer.

To ensure the safety and security of our tenants at all times, these can be contacted should emergencies, unrest or other adverse events occur.
Our wardens carry out inspections at varying times to reduce unwanted traffic and behaviour as well as to ensure that our house rules are upheld. All of our properties have camera surveillance in entrances, as well as fire alarm with direct link to the fire brigade and guard company.
