Outside the working hours of the rental manager and caretaker, we have an appointment with a security guard service, as well as a guard telephone. To ensure the safety and security of our tenants at all times, these can be contacted should emergencies, unrest or other adverse events occur. Our wardens carry out inspections at varying times to reduce unwanted traffic and behaviour and ensure that our house rules are upheld. All of our properties have camera surveillance in entrances, as well as fire alarm with direct link to the fire brigade and guard company.
