90 days before your lease expires, there will be a checklist for your own use. This is used for washing and moving. This list is identical to the one that the rental manager or caretaker later uses when completing the inspection of your home. Also report defects and defects that have occurred during your stay, whether it is wear and tear that we cover, or it is damage that you yourself are responsible for covering.
On move-in day: stop by the rental office and request a check as soon as you're completely done so we can send a janitor (by 3pm). You will then have an opportunity to correct any flaws/defects in the sink.
We want everyone to thoroughly wash the rooms or apartments before inspection. If something needs to be fixed, it must be set aside for this by the end of our working day. We therefore request that inspection be carried out at 3pm.
Moving out without a check?

Should it be necessary for us to carry out additional cleaning, the cost of this will be billed at NOK 550, - per hour started.
